Make your FCC complaint easier to complete.

Prepare the answers here. Bring a clear, field-by-field key to the official FCC website.

Your answers stay in this browserHow it works
  • This guide prepares an answer key in your browser without sending your answers to Docgle or the agency. It does not submit a complaint or upload documents.
  • Progress is saved encrypted in this tab when local storage is available. It expires after 24 hours without changes; closing the tab may clear it.
  • Local encryption does not protect against someone with access to your device or malicious software in your browser.
  • You decide what to copy or download. Downloaded files, clipboard contents, and anything you send directly to the agency are outside this guide.
  • “Start over” clears this guide's local answers across open tabs. It does not erase your clipboard, downloads, or anything you have already sent to the agency.
Before you begin: The FCC will most likely share your complaint with the company. If you do not want that sharing—including as a current or former employee—use the FCC's Your Story route instead.

Do not include Social Security numbers, birth dates, driver's license numbers, medical history, or other sensitive information.

Prepare here. Submit on the FCC site.

Answer a few small groups of questions. Review a field-by-field key, then copy it into the official Internet Complaint portal with Billing selected.

Is this the right guide? What should I have ready?

This pilot covers internet billing only. For speed, availability, equipment, privacy, interference, or disability-access issues, use the FCC's official complaint choices.

Have your provider's name, a description of the billing issue, and your contact details. An account number is optional. If the provider is not listed, the FCC asks for a recent bill or statement; upload that only on the FCC site.

The FCC's process is intended to help you and your provider communicate. A company has 30 days to respond when the FCC serves a complaint. Not all complaints are served or resolved as requested. The FCC is not your lawyer, a court, or a legal advisor.

No document upload, signature, payment, or agency submission happens here. Docgle is not a government agency or affiliated with the FCC.
